We are a husband and wife team that has been married 11 years, and we’re still ultra-obsessed with each other! I mean, come on, have you seen this guy?

What’s up? Ashley, here. I have been a professional photographer for a little over 8 years now and Jeff is a former US Marine turned Deputy—turned photographer. He joined the Twomermaids team after training with me and a handful of incredible videographers. Plus, Jeff is also ordained to marry people! Oh, you wanna elope last-minute in the middle of nowhere? Yeah, bud, we gotchu!

We both love to capture moments

We love being able to wake up in the morning and say “what dope thing are we going to create today?” As a husband and wife team we are able to see the masculine and feminine side of every situation, and we bring out the best of those traits.

Our main goal with photography and videography is to capture connections. We want you to feel your emotions pour through the image. We want to make you feel overjoyed with your images.

All this to say: we want you to have fun! We want you to leave thinking “Holy Sh*t that was fun and I can’t wait to do another one” instead of “that’s over, thank goodness we don’t have to do it again until next year.” It’s all about how you feel—with the results, sure, but even more so with the whole experience. That is the most important thing for us.

Quick Facts

We are parents to two incredible and monstrous little mermaid baby girls (that’s where the name comes from!!)
We practically live on the river all summer and the rest of the year we are out riding in the desert (rocking my leggings and mom bun of course!)
We both have RBF pretty bad, I promise we aren’t mean, our faces just look it lol.
He is an extrovert I am an introvert, but it goes away when I’m working for some odd reason.
I LOVE Tattoos, everything about them: the story they tell, the colors, the meaning, just everything about ink, I can’t get enough! I have a lot of tattoos personally and love the depth they add to images!
I am incredibly inappropriate once you get to know me. I cuss a lot and love capturing butt grabs and putting you in inappropriate poses while telling you to draw penises on your lover with your finger, nose, butt, whatever seems fitting at the time (don’t worry, its never around kiddos or grandparents…I know how to adult when I have to 🙈😂)
