An announcement you won't forget.

When I first met Breanna and Gabe, it was through a mutual friend. I was looking for models for a styled shoot, and they fit the perfect look I needed. We clicked instantly and I knew I adored them, and would want to be their photographer forever. Their love for each other is so real and raw and cute its just so perfect and exactly the vibe I love to capture.

From our very first interaction they were talking about babies. “we can’t wait to have little ones” It was so adorable to see their faces as they would chat about it and laugh about it. It made my heart happy watching them, and I had just met them so I can only imagine how much their family was anticipating it. After our third or fourth session Breanna started opening up about wanting to surprise Gabe with a session when she finds out she is pregnant. So thats when the idea started. I started planning it in my brain and trying to get the perfect thing set up for them. FINALLY she texts me “I am pregnant and I can’t wait any longer to tell him I found out this morning can you get me in today” Now being a mom, I totally know that feeling, so I squeezed her in, I was not going to let this opportunity pass me by. However it was like, the windiest day ever lol. So I was scrambling. I told her to tell him it was a staged styled fake engagement shoot for my portfolio, so he would go along with it. He totally bought it. So I rearranged my entire bedroom and set up the whole thing. I brought in my assistant and her mom to video it so that we can have a video of his reaction on top of the pictures. And then they showed up. It went so well. He didn’t even read the sign at first because he thought it was her “fake proposing to him” lol and then we he finally read it he just kept saying “for real?!?” it was the cutest thing I have ever seen.

So here’s the pictures and the videos. I am just so unbelievably happy that I get to be their photographer, and document this whole process of becoming parents for them. They are the cutest couple ever, and they are going to be such incredible parents. I love you both!!
