All about desert elopements
Thinking that a full wedding is just daunting?
Honestly, I get it. While I adore the fun and tradition that comes with full weddings, Elopements are quickly becoming some of my absolute favorites. Think about it. Just you two, maybe a couple people you adore, your officiant, and the photographer.
Thats it.
It can be so intimate and amazing.
Let me walk you through one way you can do an elopement (there are so many ways, each one is just a unique as the couple!)
You two can get ready together, (or apart if you like, but for this situation they got ready together lol) They helped each other tie shoes,, the groom zipped his bride in her dress, the bride then turned around anticipating the reaction. He immediately grabs her and hugs her. No nerves, no worry about anything in the world, its just you two. During this time, I can capture all the tiny details you wouldn’t think about, him putting on his cufflinks, spraying his cologne, checking the time. Her perfecting her makeup, spraying her hair, grabbing the bouquet, and so much more, but it is slow paced, no stress, and flows so nicely.
Then you two go out into the desert (or wherever you choose) You can take an adventurous spin on your day and have a super secluded location, take out the off-road vehicle to somewhere no one would ever be able to copy you on. Or take a regular car out to some other stunning location. Your officiant is able to speak to you instead of an entire congregation. Its intimate, its romantic, and its perfect for this specific want. Then you do your bridal portraits. No worry about people being annoyed by your timeline, no stress over not having a perfect spot because you can’t leave the venue, Just you two getting whatever backdrop you want! Depending on the package you choose, you can even get many many locations, morning, sunset, night time…. The options are endless, the gallery you will have for the rest of your life will be perfectly tailored to you! Think of showing your grandchildren these incredible pictures, and being able to say “it was one of a kind” and truly knowing, that it was 100% one of a kind, made for you and your love.
(Then plan an epic party for everyone to celebrate you later on ;) )
