But what if there is bad weather?

It is finally here, your photoshoot day! You are excited and nervous (Not very many people like being infant of a camera, you aren’t alone I promise) You look out the window and BAM, massive wind storm, or rain storm. What do you do?

Well, Most likely you will message me, and ask what my opinion is. SO I am going to give it to you here, typically for a couples session if it isn’t like hurricane level winds, and you don’t have a serious type session in mind, I recommend doing it anyways. A little bit of wind and rain can add SO MUCH drama to your gallery.

HOWEVER If it is to strong, or their is lightening I will likely recommend we reschedule it. For family session, when kiddos will be involved I leave that up to the parent, I know my kids are complete monsters in the wind, I mean, who wouldn’t be, the wind can be miserable sometimes!.

I personally wouldn’t make my kids do a photoshoot in the wind, so I leave that up to the discretion of the client depending on how bad the wind will be, all in all, don’t complete fear bad weather, sometimes it can end up with really cool photos.
